All my life I had to have something sweet after eating. Well...I decided I needed to lose weight and become more conscious of how and what I eat. I started the 20-day Full Body Cleanse and LOVED IT. The Full Body Cleanse did exactly what it said it would do. I did the cleanse in September. I was very skeptical in the beginning because I did not get that burst of energy that most people talk about after the first 3 to 5 days, but I hung in there anyway. My burst of energy did come towards the end of my 20 days (around day 12 or 13) and it stayed! I felt like a new person. No more aches and pain, better concentration and mental clarity. I lost a total of 17lbs without working out. Prior to starting the cleanse I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic. After going back to the doctor a few months after the cleanse my A1C showed that I was within normal range and my blood glucose levels was at an 89. Had to get used to the amount of lather the Body Bar Black produces. But it definitely cleans my skin without leaving any type of film and rinses easy. *
