I am on the last day of the Full Body Cleanse. I feel great, lost 8 pounds and have slept so well. I have appreciated just eating raw foods and will not go back to my old diet. I have appreciated letting go of some old habits and will be very selective in what I will add back into my diet. I am going to continue with the herbs that will help with my high blood pressure.(It is already down from the cleanse). *

This full body cleanse is far outweighed my expectations! I know I was toxic and needed some support as I transitioned out of a really stressful job. I'm currently on day 4 and I've already lost 5 pounds! More than that my senses are becoming much more heightened and my skin is already much clearer! The first day was hard as I tried to coordinate taking the pills. I didn't adhere to the no food after 7pm rule and took the charcoal on a full stomach. That was a bad move. After fighting nausea for 4 hours, I gave it up! It was a horrible experience. Moving forward I scheduled the daily pill regiment times in my phone and make sure that I have 2-3 hours in between my last meal and the charcoal. It's been working perfectly.
