After doing this full body cleanse two different time, I’ve notice I prefer the warmer weather. I tend to eat a great deal of sugar, after a cleanse I find it so much easier to say no to those sugar treats. I only lost about 8lbs – 10 lbs., there were some steps I didn’t do but my vision became noticeably better along with my blood pressure. Towards the 15th day I started to struggle with my food prep. (Thank Goodness for Vegan Restaurants) This time it will be a different story, I’m buying a food processor and preparing and packaging my food a couple of days ahead of time. Doing this I feel will set me up to win, I also found some wonderful ideas on Pinterest. *

Thankyou Dherbs! I have experienced rather astounding results in a short period using the Dherbs Full Body Cleanse. By day(2)I noticed an overall and deeper sense of wellbeing and peace. The quality of my sleep increased, and my energy level had a slow and steady rise which was sustained throughout the cleanse. My work schedule can fluctuate from week to week, with long workdays. Previous to undertaking the Dherbs Full Body Cleanse, I would arrive home, some days, close to exhaustion and need a nap on the weekends. That disappeared. The Full Body Cleanse is easy to follow. I lost 10 pounds the first 10 days but fell off. I'm going to try it again. *

At the beginning of the Full Body Cleanse, I found it difficult adjusting to taking the daily supplements; But on day three, I numbered and wrote the times on each bottle, making it easier to make sure I took all the supplements. I had smoothies for breakfast (mostly vegetables) which made me feel full. This made it easier to stick to the raw food diet. I started going to the bathroom on the regular and started losing weight. This gave me the incentive to continue this cleanse. I recommend this cleanse because not only did it make me feel healthy but also lose weight. *

A family member recommended the Full Body Cleanse and I was reluctant at first because of the number of herbs and pills. I'm so glad I decided to give it a try. It's very gentle and I feel great. I have already ordered my next cleanse. *

My husband and I just completed our cleanse, while I did the female cleanse, my husband did the male cleanse. We completed our cleanses and felt great, we had mental clarity, and changing our eating habits were not as difficult as we thought. My husband released a lot of weight and although my scale did not show more than 3 pounds, I am in clothes that I could not wear at the start of the cleanse. I feel great and people stop me and compliment me on my skin. I must admit I look great and I am even complimented on my looks more- I believe when you feel great, your light shines brighter.
