Reviews: Full Body Cleanse

The Full Body Cleanse worked good for me. I lost 13lbs without any additional workouts. I did change my diet to standard meal plan where I ate small breakfast 7am, snack 10, lunch 12 normally a salad, snack at 5, dinner by 7pm or a green smoothie. *

I am reviewing the Full Body Cleanse from DHERBS. I decided to do this cleanse after my friend was introduced to it through her sister. Her sister got great results and was still taking other DHERB products, so we both started on the cleanse. This is a 21 day cleanse that has you taking 5 herbal capsules (vegan) every 2 to 3 hours apart during the day. Each set of 5 capsules is used to detoxify different organs and systems of the body. A suggested plan for food and drink consumption came with the cleanse to get the highest benefit. I stuck with most of the suggestions in the plan, however I did have one cup of coffee a day. The first 3 days were the hardest for me to get through, but on day 4 I felt better than I had in a very long time. I had more energy and my mind was clear. I was able to focus much better at work and in school. I am a Registered Nurse and a Licensed Massage Therapist (for 21 years) and I'm in a graduate program on my way to being licensed as an ARNP. I am into holistic therapy and will take that route before I turn to conventional medicine. While not every herbal product is safe for everyone, you must first check with your physician or health care provider to make sure your current medications will not interact adversely with any or all of the herbal products. At the end of my cleanse I had lost 7.5 lbs and was able to get into clothes that I hadn't been able to wear for over a year! This cleanse and suggested eating plan helped me to focus on healthier choices for eating, especially on the go. It has also helped me to get off of sugar and sweets, which was a great addiction for me. I have changed my eating habits quite a bit and realize that when I eat foods that are not so healthy, my body feels it and surely lets me know by making me feel sluggish, full of gas, and headaches. I have also increased my water consumption, which I hated before taking DHERBS. Now, I will choose a bottle of water over anything else. I highly recommend trying this cleanse after checking with your health care provider but it will demand commitment on your part to get the best results. If you default, no worries! Awesome products. I lost over 10 lbs even though I purchased this product to cleanse my body of toxins. The Full Body Cleanse made me feel great everyday. I did stick to the suggestions in the book so I would get the full benefit of the cleanse. Great product and I recommend for anyone looking to do a 20 day cleanse to get rid of the nasty toxins from all of the processed foods eaten. *

This was my first cleanse. I read and read up on different types of cleanses and discovered DHerbs Full Body Cleanse. I read everything I could on the website about the cleanse including all the reviews. I was nervous to take this big step in my life as I am accustomed to eating whatever I want whenever I want. Pretty much no discipline or self control. Needless to say I was very apprehensive whether or not I could complete a 3 week cleanse. I started and completed the cleanse. It was and lived up all the claims. Surprisingly the first week and a half was smooth sailing. The last week and a half was tough. Not because of the product but because of me wanting to give into my desires. Nonetheless, I did it! I did not cheat (came close) but I was determined. The way the product made me feel helped me stay focus as well. My cravings for sugar decreased (which I did not think could ever happen). I felt lighter and more focused. My skin glowed. On top of that and although my goal was not to lose weight, I lost a decent amount. I felt good because I was doing good for my body. I will continue to do the cleanses for the rest of my life. My goal is to complete 2 per year. *
