I used the Full Body Cleanse for 10 days and my mother used the other 10. I lost 11 pounds and inches off my midsection. Probably could have lost more if I stay super strict to raw foods only. I am not one to go for these types of "Cleanses", but I have to say that I not only felt better, I dropped from a size 8 to a size 4! All my friends and even strangers noticed the difference. I purchased the 20 Full Body Cleanse at the Neighbor Hood Awards this year after hearing about it on the Steve Harvey Morning show. I lost lost 12lbs all together I called the Dherbs number and asked questions about what I] could and could into eat. This is my second time doing the Full Body Cleanse and I love it. I am on day 16 and, to me, the last week of the cleanse is the best! It's when I really start to see and feel results, my appetite has decreased significantly and I just feel good overall. I have a natural "high". To all that are having a hard time adjusting, I know it's hard, but it's mostly mental. I incorporated breathing exercises and meditation every morning and it really helped me to stay focused. I am 4 days away from completing the 20 day Full Body Cleanse. My co-worker and I are sharing this journey to better health together and had the support of others cheering us on. I see results in my face is smaller and my stomach and waist line. I have not weighed myself but I am sure on day 20 I will be satisfied. I feel so full of life and not so tired and sluggish as I did before. I encountered a few haters on my job that will tease me making indirect comments about their food and would discuss for an whole hour during lunch breaks about sale prices on a supermarket flyer and their cooking styles.
