I am allergic to fresh fruit, vegetables and peanuts. I have eczema. But I have not had an outbreak for about 10 yrs now. I really want to eat healthier but this problem is hindering my goal.

What's the problem? Who told you were allergic to these things? If you believe it, you will achieve it! The mind is powerful!
