My husband and I have just purchased the Full Body Cleanse and are anxious to start the healing process. However, I am on several medications (metformin, birth control, multi vitamin & Fish Oil) and in preparation for in vitro fertilization. My concern is that the detox may interfere with this process or be potential harmful to a newly placed embryo. Is this true? I'd really like to do the cleanse prior to my expected pregnancy, which is possible within the next 6 weeks. Is the Full Body Cleanse right for me?

Can I do a 45-minute cardio while doing the Full Body Cleanse? The Doctor claims I am a Type II Diabetic and I have decided to cleanse and then do the Pancreas Cleanse as well. I want to workout to tone up!!! Just wondering if I will have enough energy to continue to workout...I am doing cardio 4 x a week for 45 minutes.

You can still exercise while doing the cleanse, but we suggest only engaging in the light cardio instead of any intense workouts. Because you're on an adjusted diet that consists of mainly fruits and vegetables, you may burn through the foods faster as opposed to when you workout while consuming carbs or starchy foods. What can I do for a skin condition called keratosis pilaris? Which is the hardening of the hair follicles causing them to be red and hard. I have already purchased both Full Body Cleanse and Dherbs 10 Day Colon Cleanser. I was going to do the full body first then the colon cleanse as you suggested. I decided I should go ahead and order the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen because; well I want to get rid of as much waste/weight that I can. I feel sluggish, disgusting and toxic! Is it OK if I perform the weight loss regimen followed by the Full Body Cleanse then colon cleanse? I am going away for a few weeks and this would work out much better for me as far schedule goes... Or is there a particular order I should follow to make my goal much more effective? My mother said she may have eaten wrong food and caused a rupture (bleeding). Originally she was taking 10 mg medications called "DICYCLOMINE". She was just released from hospital a few days ago and told me she was not subscribing medication this time. Any herbal suggestions? And by the way, she is 62 years old and very active.

I am getting ready to start the Full Body Cleanse in a few days. Is it OK to snack on organic, flourless cereal during the detox? I normally eat this cereal with soy milk everyday, so is it OK to consume soy milk while detoxing as well?

'No' to cereal and 'no' to soymilk. If you must have milk, try almond milk or rice milk over soy.

I have been a heavy smoker for eight years and I recently felt the cigarettes start taking a toll on me. Three weeks ago I started having this irritating throat ache, so I starting skipping a few cigarettes. The more smokes I skipped the more I felt my throat getting better.
