What's better, distilled or alkaline water? What are the benefits of each?

Alkaline water is better! Distilled is leeching (and good for detoxing) whereas alkaline is very cleansing and helps balance the body's Ph balance, but it too is good for cleansing but unlike distilled water can be drank daily. I've received the Eye Formula and have been taking it for about a week now. How long do I have to take it? Do I need to stop eating meat all together? Do I also take Vitamin A daily? I am eating blueberries and drinking Lake Wood blueberry juice. I will be ordering: Full Body Cleanse next week.

You can take the Eye Formula for as long as you like. I would suggest giving up meat altogether. I would use Vitamin A daily. Keep doing what you are doing with the blueberry juice. Did you read our article on Eye Problems "Eye Problems"?

Which are the best fruits and vegetables that promote weight loss during the detox and should the nuts be excluded? Do I need a combination of protein, carbohydrates and fats in order to lose substantially and if so, are there fruits and vegetables in these categories and is there possibly a limit to certain ones?

All fruits and vegetables help to tone you to the weight you desire. Why exclude nuts? Weight comes from meat, dairy products, refined products, etc. Not natural foods! Don't worry about protein, carbs, etc. It creates confusion! Real food doesn't cause problems. Let all the dietary confusion go and you will be fine!

If you are taking 5 or 6 different herbs, can you take them at the same time? Will they have the same effect on your body?

I suffer from high blood pressure, migraine headaches, indigestion, allergies (throat irritating dry coughs), Menopausal maladies, hair loss and high cholesterol and I am overweight. I am 56 yrs old.
