What should one take to nourish the brain? Not like gingko or stuff to keep you alert, or soy lecithin, but actually nourish and feed the brain? And do you sell such a product?

Unfortunately my child did get vaccinated due mostly in part to my ignorance to the law. I must admit the administration wore me down with the threats and medical exam fee that kept stating that their immunization was low. I don't believe the hype!!! I did give them charcoal and Bentonite clay right after the shots. I also took them both off of the meats and dairy completely (as we were transitioning into a raw food diet). Exactly what are the starchy foods and how do we combine them? I thought it was mostly bread and pasta..... but if that is true then I wouldn't be following the raw food detox.

Correct! Don't worry too much about the starchy vegetables. Just think of grains!

I have other food combinations that I'm kind of confused about on the e book, this is my first time learning to combine food 1. Can I add this to my salad a. Tomato (I think the answer is no) b. Cucumber (the 3 below are under proteins, @ the bottom is says that you can mix them with vegetables but in the same sentence it's also says you cant mix them with proteins...it's a bit confusing to me) c. Cashews or walnuts d. Avocado

You can add these to your salad! They are exceptions because you are eating them in a salad and tomatoes and cucumbers are veggie-fruits, so they are okay! Avocadoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc are okay in your salad!

I have been experiencing irregular menstrual cycles. Sometimes I come on my period two to three times a month. I just had a biopsy which was negative.... Thank God. I need to know what herbs would you recommend for irregular bleeding.
