Back in September, I experienced a terrible outbreak on my hand. Today is day 20 on my FBC and I have another outbreak on my hand. The outbreak is not as severe as last time. I had an outbreak in my private area 2 days ago. This outbreak was not as severe as in my past. There was itching, but no bumps. I have gotten to the point, where I am going about my normal routine, like I did before I was diagnosed. Any suggestions for me in order to meet optimal health that will reverse herpes anyway?
