My biggest concern is how to proceed once pregnancy happens. Getting pregnant isn't my problem it's the getting past week 21. So, how do you feel about cervical cerclage? I have such mixed feelings. I can see the comfort in having it done, but the idea of it terrifies me. My cervix should be able to hold my baby on it's own! I've talked to my local birthing centers and most of them won't touch me, given my history until week 36 when the cerclage would be removed. They have all suggested I have the procedure done. I would like your view on the subject?

Think positive, maintain a PMA (positive mental attitude), visualize what you desire, eat healthy (raw foods and vegan foods), etc. Take matters one day at a time!
