The Anti-V Cleanse and Regimen worked AMAZING!!!! The diet was incredibly difficult to follow but I stuck with it. FYI You will feel wiped out foggy etc the first day or two I also got a headache but STICK with it. The first couple days of a cleanse are the hardest but once you get past it you will feel amazing. *
