OMG this diet Ebook is amazing! I keep it by my bed side and it's my night time reading. So much information and advice that I keep going back to every day. I know I am in the UK and we don't have the amount of raw food restaurants that you have in the USA but I'm finding the information helpful. I have also ordered some other books that were recommended in this Ebook. I love the raw but I'm trying to find a way to keep it up in the winter months in the UK. *

I wasn't that sure about the MSM sulfur supplement but when I started it I was amazed at my skin and my hair. My hair started to grow and had an amazing bounce to it. Even though my nails still break they don't break as much and I know with continuous use they will improve a lot. My skin has a glow to it and the marks on my face has started to fade, this was taking the MSM Sulfur and using coconut oil on my skin as well. *

I totally think that the Full Body Cleanse itself worked, but I had to stop taking it because it conflicted with my meds. So I had to stop but have a significant amount left and I wanted to know if I should take it. *
