I took the D-Herbs Full Body Cleanse approximately a year ago. It was great for my body. I was actually able to lose about twelve Pounds during that period. That could have been more, because I actually did the cleanse during my birthday month, which caused a little cheating, and I also attended a party for a friend that graduated from med school during that time. I look forward to taking the cleanse again very soon. I feel that it instills mental discipline as well as the physical effects that it has to offer. It was hard the first couple of days. Now on day 6, it is starting to feel like a norm.It takes a little bit getting used to taking 30 pills a day on the Full Body Cleanse but once I started feeling my clothes getting loose, I decided it was worth sticking to it.
