I was extremely pleased that an advertised product actually kept it's promise. I did not participate for the weight loss, although I did lose 5.5 lbs. I participated with my husband to see if the cleanse would help lower his cholesterol and pre-diabetic numbers. We don't yet have those numbers but we are hopeful. We both felt like we had more energy, no headaches, slept better and felt more alert during the day. I am also happy for the self-discovery that I am not addicted to chocolate! I had little to no cravings for chocolate or any other sweets. This lets me know that I have the willpower to really cut down on my "sweet" consumption and have not had any since I finished the cleanse. The cleanse also reinforced what I've learned throughout the years regarding better eating. My husband and I have decided to really stick to increasing more vegetables during lunch and dinner and have increased our fruit consumption for breakfast. I have shared these opinions and decisions with friends and family, and have suggested the cleanse to others. As I am a hot food lover, I could not participate in a 30 day cleanse; however, my husband and I will most likely do another cleanse next year before spring. *

I just finished the 20 day Full Body Cleanse and it works great. I lost 7 pounds in the first 6 days. I am now trying to decide on the weight release cleanse or the maintenance package. *

The Full Body Cleanse is the best health decision I ever made. I looking forward to doing it again. It does exactly what it says that it will do. I seen a great different in my health, skin, weight and lab results. Before I started the program, I didn't have any energy, my seizures were happening more often than none, my lab results looked very bad, and my IBS was causing me to stay constipated. I purchased the Uterus Tea along with the Female Cleanse and noticed an immediate difference in my cycle. It was lighter, and I tend to have heavy cycles, and wasn't heavy for the full 5 to 6 days. *
