I love this formula. I usually take Blood & Lymphatic right after I eat or right before going to bed. This product doesn't mention it, but it helps me go to the bathroom. I feel like when I use Blood & Lymphatic, my skin glows! The bathroom situation usually happens in the morning. All in all, I love it. I usually alternate between the Blood & Lymphatic and the Moringa & Blackseed formula. *

This will be my third time using DHerbs Full Body Cleanse. I will use it after Christmas in order to get the full effect of the product. In the past I lost 8 pounds and inches off my body.
