I must say it was a challenge at first however my daughter was on me to stick with the cleanse and I was doing the same with her. We encourage each other. Before taking the Brain Booster, I had problems with remembering details and focusing. In fact, many times I had read literature/instructions a few times because the comprehension was not there due to distractions. I am now able to focus quicker and remember even the most minute detail with no problem. The Brain Booster works wonderfully for children and adults (including seniors). I just finished the Full Body Cleanse and I should have done this months ago. I tried dherbs becasue I was feeling tired and sluggish all the time. I lost 25lbs. YES 25 LBS and everyone noticed all my co workers and my wife noticed. I tried the weight release formula and it works. I'm currently using it now daily after doing the Full Body Cleanse and uterus cleanse. I have not gained any weight back so far, and it seems to keep you going to the bathroom regularly which is a good thing. Love the products I've tried so far. And looking forward to trying more. I am pre-diabetic I started with the 20 day full body cleanse and I lost 15 pds and before I started with the fbc my A1C was 6.9 now 20 days later my A1C is 6.4 wow!!! Hi, I want to express my true joy of the 10 Day Colon Cleanse. I was a little skeptical about first if I could do 10 days and 2nd just how much weight I would actually loose. I'm in my sixties, still very active physically. and I do have health issues like high blood pressure and gout for which I am taking medicine and it is under control so I worried how these herbs would affect me.
