I tried DHerbs 10-day Full Body Cleanse Express because I didn't think I could do the 20-day cleanse. I am on day 5 and feeling great so I am going to take it all the way to the 20th day. The supplements are easy to swallow. There is no cramping, stomach aches, or discomfort. The tea is very tasty. The charcoal (carbon) was easy to drink because it is tasteless and odorless.
