It's day 18 of the Full Body Cleanse and just wanted to provide some encouragement to others who are considering or just starting the cleanse. YOU CAN DO IT!! There have been some challenging times but one day it clicked...my mind wanted a steak but my body just wanted to eat, the choice was mine. That Sunday morning in church, I took a bite and never realized how good an apple really tasted!! It's been all downhill since then!!
