Using the food combo chart, it was easy to combine the fruits and vegetables I enjoy eating. I never felt hungry and my physical and mental health sky rocketed. Love this tea! The Energy Booster Tea is amazing. It tastes great and you don't have to add sweeteners to it. It has allowed me to stop drinking coffee. The tea is refreshing to taste. Nothing but the truth! The Full Body Cleanse worked just as it promised. No harshness, no "living in the john", but it worked as promised. I regained energy and stamina.
