I did the Full Body Cleanse for 20 days! No breaks or temptations. I can honestly say this has been a life style change for me. I lost 23 pds and I feel so good. I was looking forward to taking the Full Body Cleanse because I knew all my systems would be cleansed. I was right. My constipation was elminated and I sleep better at night. I was happy that years of junk was being released from my body. A great product to take seasonly to lose weight and achieve great health. *
