I just completed the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen. The cleanse was great. I exercised with the program about 30min-45min a day. Every year I look forward to purchasing Dherbs Full Body Cleanse. It has worked for me. I typically lose about 8 pounds but so many inches that my stomached is flat. I bought the Joints Aid Tea and the Joint Aid Formula and split the contents between my mom and aunt. They both said they felt relief in their joints from pain and stiffness after taking the products. I don't get colds but deal with a lot of mucus congestion due to my standard american diet.
