The Full Body Cleanse is a great product to take if you want to detoxify your body to get back on the right track. I did not find it hard to follow the instructions. I had my smoothies through out the day along with my water. I also did my colonics 3 times while on the cleanse. I lost 8lbs and I noticed that my stomach has went down a great deal. I would recommend this to anyone who is serious about there health. *

Excellent!!!!!!! My most recent ultrasound/sonogram compared to the previous, indicated a right thyroid nodule to have reduced. Also reduced was a hard keloid - if I am using the right terminology - on my right eyebrow.
