When I did my first Full Body Cleanse I did not have the Companion book. During my second Full Body Cleanse, I purchase this Full Body Cleanse Companion. What a difference a Companion makes. This Companion provided me with a Road Map for a great Full Body Cleanse experience, by providing me with lots of recipes and advice for eating vegan. It also provided a list of Healing fruit Juices blends that made my Detox an enjoyable process. *

The Iron Formula is excellent. For many years I have suffered with anemia enduring tedious hours in the Hematology/Oncology clinic getting several blood transfusions along with iron infusions and nothing really seemed to work.
