10 days after I began taking this uterus formula, I lost 10 pounds, my stomach went down and my pre-menstrual cramps were not as bad. Let me tell you I've meant to write this review for the past 2 to 3 weeks ago. I took this joint formula and after a while I began jogging. Pretty good. Granted I did change my eating habits. Pretty much no pain. So once I ran out I was like let me see how well the Joint Aid has worked. Well needless to say I didn't feel all the discomfort I remember having before I took the joint formula. So voila my own personal science experiment to prove to myself. *
