I'm still using Cerebrovascular and so far it's helping with bringing more oxygen to the blood vessels in my head. I deal with migraines with aura that causes vascular constriction and that's why I bought the Cerebrovascular. *

Not sure about the alkaline and detox pills if they are really doing something other then causing got flashes at times but overall good product. *

For the amount of effort I expected more weight loss but I'll contribute that to not getting enough water throughout the night. *
