This 2-3-2 Cleanse exceeded my expectations. It began working within 24 hours and does what it says it's going do. The hardest part for me was being tempted and once or twice, ok, a few times by giving in to my favorite crunchy snack, Crunchy White Cheddar Cheetos. I want to try the 7 day cleanse once a month and challenge myself to strictly stick to juices and raw foods. I do wish there were recommendations on simpler juices, I wasn't sure if the juices I was drinking were appropriate for the cleanse. Bought the Blood and Lymphatic Tea with the Vitamin C tea and loving it. Mad I only have a few bags left I'll get some with my next order. Smooth taste like the Vitamin C tea, but I wish there was an option without the stevia leaf. I hate sweeteners in my tea but at least it's not overly sweet. I'll be trying the Liver Tea next. *

Just finished the ParaWrm Formula and it went good as I knew it would. I've done several of these except this one so it was time. This time around I did a fruit cleanse with it mostly juicing grapes. Didn't see any parasite but with all these herbs they definitely wouldn't want to stay in here lol. Doing the Liver next for ten days will be juicing again with this one as well. *
