It curves the hunger in you, I tried the raw foods but couldn’t for 10 days… but I was still able to shed some weights off. I did steamed veggies and lots of fruits. I used took the Hunger control supplements while I was on my 20 day Full Body Cleanse. They really helped with my appetite and cravings for food as I completed the cleanse.
