The product is great for the full cleanse and you feel like you've completed a cleanse. Some weight is shed, but I think the biggest benefit is the clarity and focus that transpire while completing the process. I would recommend the cleanse, at least quarterly. For those who've never completed the cleanse, after around the third day the challenge does subside. I've done both the 20 day and the 10 day. I'm also going to try and alternate with, the juice cleanse to compliment the 10 day Full Body Cleanse. Whichever product you try and regular natural cleanse is a good idea. *
