This is the best vegan protein mix I've ever tasted. It mixes well with my smoothies and does not leave an after taste. I would also recommend using while doing the Full Body Cleanse because it helps to stay full longer. It would be nice if it was offered in a larger container. *

Oh boy was this a process from eating meat almost three times a day and to jump in this raw diet cold turkey!! It is cold and the food was cold too. I tried taking it out early but just had to be all mind over matter... I can see it being not so bad for a beginner if you live in a warmer climate or just during the warmer months or not jumping into 20 days for a first time either. HA I will try another 20 days when it warms up in the spring. I've ordered a 10 day for January and am currently on the maintenance plan but modified for a meal a day (dinner). I'll probably do 10 days a month on a cycle until my lifestyle change totally kicks into my brain. :) Nevertheless, my first week, I lost 7 lbs, and 4 my second week. I worked out less and maybe I munched too much? I'm not sure but that 3rd week, I had serious PMS so I only lost .06 oz but it was a loss. I've never lost 11.6 lbs in such a short time so I am proud of myself for doing something and actually losing! I just suggest planning your days accordingly because the water will have you in the bathroom and combined with the teas and bowel motion you will want to scoot to it! *

Enjoy the taste and I use the Immune and Vitamin C teas together. Feel better after every cup. *

I will keep a bottle on hand because I believe Bowel Motion does work. Stay near the bathroom as well!!! The experiences are healthy and not how it can be random when eating meat and processed. I've gone cold turkey into this process so it is definitely "will" to do better for myself. Eating the raw food, the water and this tea is something else! SO VERY THANKFUL to work from home until a meeting runs too long or the timing is just off.... I have to excuse myself for a bit but I feel better and lighter than eating the junk and the normal releases. It is a process and I am learning to do better each time around! *

Bowel Motion really really works, it also helps with bloating and if you have trouble with constipation or similar issues. Start off with 3 first then if need be increase to 5 capsules. I will always order this product. Love Dherbs formulas. *
