This will be my third time on the Full Body Cleanse. The first time I used the products, it was hard to keep up with the timing to take the herbs and the change in food intake, but I noticed that I had more energy than usual and lost a few pounds. I used the timers on my phone, a pill box, prepared my juices and other intake, dry brushed, soaked in clay, etc. I had more energy, focus, a better mood, and lost 15lbs amongst other great results, using the cleanse. The Full Body Cleanse really works. Me and my wife tried it together. She lost 30lbs and I lost 20 by the end. Feeling much healthier. About to purchase it again!
