Bowel Motion really really works, it also helps with bloating and if you have trouble with constipation or similar issues. Start off with 3 first then if need be increase to 5 capsules. I will always order this product. Love Dherbs formulas. *

I loved this cleanse the most. I've tried the Full Body Cleanse 3 times, and this was the first time trying weight release cleanse. I did my yearly checkup and blood test and all my numbers (cholesterol etc.) I know everyone is different but, this is the first time my doctor lowered my thyroid meds ever. For me this is huge. Love this vegan hemp powder. I use it in smoothies, coffee, baking mixes, and more. It is super versatile and adds a subtle yummy flavor.
