I love the Full Body Cleanse! I feel more like myself with energy I haven’t had in along time!!! You don’t feel jittery or overly anxious or energized but enough to carry you through your day. I’ve also slept better than I have in a while also. I usually suffer with sleep deprivation and wake up several times during the night, I got good solid sleep for a change. Can’t wait to do my 10 day cleanse next. *

The Male Cleanse does everything it says it does. The raw foods diet was tough and time consuming but was well worth it. I’ll do it again in the future. Since the cleanse I have maintained some of the eating habits which is an added plus. *
