Great product!! Will not disappoint. The 10 day cleanse reset my body to get back on track of plant base lifestyle. Also assist in the loss of 5 lbs, my husband did the cleanse with me and he loss 15 lbs. The eating raw was a little difficult at first but you can cook some meals as long as they are not heating higher than 115 Fahrenheit You should order the cleanse if you are consider a lifestyle change.
