I've done this cleanse twice, each time after eating too much cooked foods. I can't remember how much weight I lost during the first cleanse but my second cleanse I lost 7 pounds. Doing this cleanse was pretty easy for me because, with the help of my herbalist, I was vegan for 5 years and a vegetarian for another 5 years. I did so for health reasons. After I healed I went back to meat (primarily organic chicken and turkey and fish) and wheat. I did the 10 day cleanse each time I notices a pimple on my face or neck and when I felt tired for an extended period of time. Within the first few days of each cleanse I felt like myself again but continued the entire regimen. I appreciate having access to Dherbs products. For some time I was a little lost because my herbalist passed away. I heard about Dherbs on KJLH and am glad I did. *

MSM Sulfur is one of the best products by far that I have tried from Dherbs! I have a natural glow to my skin, my hair and nails are growing like a weed. I started the weight release cleanse and regimen 8 days ago. Today I weighed in and I’m down 7 pounds. I’m following all the instructions in terms of eating raw veggies, salads and smoothies. Love the improvement of my eye sight since I started taking the eye formula. I not longer have to wear my glasses when I'm working on the computer (which is 8 hours a day). When I try and put on my glasses they are now blurry. I'm going on my third bottle and could not be happier. *
