I can honestly say this cleanse worked for me. I've tried other cleansing products such as Iaso tea and saw no results or weight loss. With this cleanse I lost 6 lbs and 2 weeks later I haven't gained back any of the weight. I also did not workout that much maybe light exercise about 2-3 times a week. Even after I finished with the cleanse I still tried to eat healthy and eliminate the rice, bread, fried foods, etc. Doing this cleanse was really difficult for me since I love chicken and it is the only meat I eat.
