It's been a while since I've ordered this supplement...it definitely curbed that sweet tooth attacks!!! I'm getting back on track to have this Sugar Formula assist me to lose my weight. Thank you Dherbs for my vitamin C. I take them every night and I tend to sleep so so much better. I notice my gums do not bleed since I started taking them. I went to the dentist recently and they were pretty rough on my mouth to take the xrays. Usually this would cause my gums to bleed. Whenever I brush, no matter the natural toothpaste, I still get bleeding. I do have gum recession and taking Dherbs vitamin C has been a very big help. I also like that I do not get upset stomach from taking at night also. *
