I ordered the DHerb 20 day Full Body Cleanse on August. I must say that it was a very enjoyable experience. So much so until I am going to order it again and do it because I felt so so great in my body. I lost 15 lbs and I look good also. This cleanse causes you to discipline yourself. All cravings left and I didn't want to eat but I knew I needed to follow the instructions. Now, I'm not much on taking pills, let alone 5 at each designated times. However, I did call the company and asked if I could open them up and add to my smoothies. After a Yes on that, it was easy. The only ones I took my mouth was for the Colon cleanse. Overall, I would recommend this program without hesitation. *

I purchased the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen two years ago. When I started this cleanse I was 178lbs. I prepared my meals, eating only fruits and veggies. I had salads for lunch, smoothies for breakfast. I didn't follow the requirements to the T. I had cooked meals for dinner and didn't eat everything raw. After 10 days I didn't follow through but wish I did because I lost 13 lbs. and I have not gained over 165 lbs since then! (even while back at my old unhealthy routine). I will be purchasing again and finish it this time to the very end. Watch out for another review! (: *
