I have had a hard time "going" all of my life and since I have gotten older it seemed more troublesome. HOWEVER, Bowel Motion is a Godsend!!!! I take the recommended dosage at night before bed and I can count on having a GREAT BM in the morning. The Full Body Cleanse is amazing, it really worked! I felt different after the 20 days and I lost 5lbs. I def recommend, it's a lot of pills but it's worth it. Especially because your cleansing your body of toxins that you consumed your whole until now. You really want to follow the instructions for the best results especially when it comes to changing your diet. I think the hardest part of this cleanse is eating raw foods. I didn't eat entirely raw but most of my diet was raw. It's def hard when your foodie like me but in order to be healthy eating raw is very important. *

The Full Body Cleanse is amazing! I lost 15 pounds and felt much much better afterwards. Of course the raw vegan diet takes a little adjusting to, but nothing impossible. I'd recommend to do a pre-cleanse prior to starting the cleanse so the Full Body Cleanse symptoms don't hit you at the beginning of the cleanse. It made it much easier for me. The week prior to starting the cleanse (while waiting for my order to be delivered), I stopped drinking coffee and cut out all sugar. It really helped. Everything that the booklet recommends you to do, you should follow, i.e the colonics, baths, massage ect...... It is truly a well rounded cleanse and right after I was full of energy and feeling healthy from the inside out. I definitely recommend!!! *
