The Full Body Cleanse really does work. Sticking to direct diet plan and getting some exercise. At first taking so many pills at once was very overwhelming but as the days go by you feel your energy levels arise and skin start to glow. I have tried this product a few times and I love it I lost about 15 lbs the first time and the 2nd time about 10lbs and with that you also lose inches off your waist and all the fatty places that women don’t like! So this could definitely be used for a jump start program or if just a cleanse! I didn’t think that 20 days would make a difference but it did.
