You get a good amount of tea in each package, and I found the bundle to last me a few weeks, even with daily use. Tea tastes good. Don't have to add anything to it. I have dry eyes. Immediately after taking the first three pills I noticed the gritty feeling in my eyes disappear. So far it hasn't returned. I don't take the Vitamin A pills daily but I'm glad to have relief from feeling like I have dirt in my eyes. My vision has also improved slightly. I don't need my readers at night as much. *
