I have tried another brand and this Activated Charcoal is the best. The powder dissolves readily and creates less residual mess. It absorbs and is effective faster. I do not like to be without it in my home! *

I am suggesting that, for those of us that crave these foods, recommendations could be made that would help us improve our diets gradually to avoid the cravings. There are several restaurants in the Chicago area that serve vegan food with choices from completely raw to cooked, warm food. There are also health food stores with cooked and raw options. *
