I tried the 20 day Full Body Cleanse last August to lose weight for a class reunion. I lost 12 pounds in all and 1 full size going from a 9/10 to a 7/8. I felt great...I noticed a change in my clothing right away. I stuck with the plan for the most part but did eat some brown rice and steamed vegetables every now and then just because I wanted something warm to eat. I also ate regular dressing on my salads but very very little. I am sure I probably would have lost about 15 pounds had I followed the plan to the letter. It is now March 1 and I am about to do the cleanse again because I ate what I wanted for Thanksgiving and Christmas and everyday in between LOL so I gained a few pounds back. This time I am making a lifetime change. I am starting at 155 and my goal is 140! I do suggest this cleanse to anyone who wants to feel and look great...it really works. *

This colon cleanse worked very well. I had a lot of surgeries in one day, and this affected my mobility, or lack of. I gained 40 pounds over a few months and I bought this cleanse to help. By day 4, my stomach was back to being completely flat, and I lost about 15 lbs. The intestinal cleanser and bowel motion work within an hour of taking them for me, and my stomach wasn't bloated or queasy anymore. I will use this once a year, if not twice just to help me out. *

I think the Full Body Cleanse really worked! It was so hard sticking to the raw, vegan diet especially for a college student but I was pleased w/ the results. I will be doing the 10 day cleanse soon so I'll see what that does. *
