I have been on the weight release for about 2 weeks but didn't follow the diet plan until 3 days ago and I have gone from 272 to 259. I would have released a lot more if I followed it instead of eating pasta, pizza and steak on those days the scale was like a yoyo. The Yoni Cleanser is a great product that is a must have for women in their reproductive years. I use it once every few months or so for a vaginal detox as well as to get my hormones in balance.
