I first heard about the Full Body Cleanse on the Steve Harvey Morning show and was immediately intrigued, yet skeptical. I have to tell you that this product did not disappoint! I have a very demanding job and am also a wife and a mother of four. Prior to using this product I NEEDED to have at least two cups of coffee a day and was about 20 lbs over weight and basically addicted to sugary foods. Although the first few days were a little challenging with the change in diet and the break from caffeine, I looked at the resources on this website and even emailed customer service (who were very responsive). I actually am going into my fourth day of the cleansing process, the products are fine, the active charcoal is very messy unsure if that can be condensed into something that it's a little easier to manage, but overall I think it's a great product thus far and I'm looking forward to 10 day success, my co-worker is doing it also, have good results.
