It took till about day 9 for me to really start seeing results, but I am really happy with how the Full Body Cleanse works! I went from chronic fatigue to more energy than I knew what to do with, (actually I did a TON of cleaning and other projects I had been avoiding for MONTHS!) my body aches in the morning went 85% away (I used to have to stretch in bed before I got up just so I CAN get up, now I get up waaaay easier without having to stretch!) I haven't had any miraculous weight loss (haven't lost anything at all) but I am not exactly overweight to begin with. I would (and will) do this again as its the first time in years that something has really really WORKED for me, and I am a herbal health nut to begin with so that is saying something!
