I'm on day 13 of the Full Body Cleanse, and I love this product. I have used so many types of cleansing kits over the years and this may be my favorite. It has been relatively gentle on my system. I have not had the screaming headaches that I normally get with other products. The raw diet has been a little bit of a challenge as I am so busy in my day to day life that I rarely have time for food prep, but I have been about 90% raw overall. So far, I have lost 5 pounds, and losing more daily. Looking forward to moving on to the next step from here. *

I am very pleased with the results after completing the Full Body Cleanse. I I also noticed that I no longer had pain in my knees while walking up stairs. I thought I would be hungry or experience some type of discomfort while one the cleanse, but I had none. The bloating in my stomach went down and I did feel like something was happening in my lower abdominal area, but it was not painful. I have lost about 15 pounds and now wish that I had taken my measurements to see how many inches were also lost. I am going to try the uterus cleanse next and see what results I get with that.
