The Hair Skin Nails product helped my nails grow and skin look brighter and feel softer. My hair fell out less and was not as tangled on the ends. I've tried other brands, but this one worked better for me. The pills were easy to swallow. Also they did not have a bad after taste. I would recommend this product. *

I have only started the Full Body Cleanse three days ago and I am on day four. On the first day I thought it would be harder than it was to get through the day especially since I was eating so unhealthy prior to the cleanse. I started noticing a huge difference in the way that I felt on day two. The acid reflux was gone as well as the indigestion that I had prior to the cleanse. I was sleeping so much and tired all of the time with sluggishness. But now I wake up at and find it hard to go back to sleep during the day. But at night I end up going to bed earlier. *

Fantastic product. I spend most of my time 'off of the grid' and outdoors. This shampoo and body bar makes it easy & convenient to find a little water, and get cleaned up. You do not have to lug around soap, shampoo, etc. It also treats your skin. I really like this product. *
