I just finished week two of the Full Body Cleanse from day one I had more energy but during week two I lost it because I used a lot of energy helping someone move so the beginning of week two I was very tired put I would recommend the product because I can see the changes my skin looks good as well. I do wish that the meal book came with the cleanse but it don't so I recommend getting it. *

The Female Cleanse is amazing. I am on Day 5 and I already see so many changes. I had heavy dark cycles. I lost 20lbs with the Full Body Cleanse. You really have to stick to the eating plan to maintain the weight loss and allow the product to be effective. The first 3 days were tough. The Full Body Cleanse worked well for me. However, I did not use the Activated Charcoal because it was too messy and I would have preferred that it was in capsule form.
