The Full Body Cleanse worked really well for me. I lost 8 pounds and I felt great when I was on the cleanse. I could of lost more if I didn't cheat every now and again. It makes a difference. I've been using the Yoni Cleanser, and it's great. I use it with the Anti-V Formula. Sometimes I'd do 3-5 day cleanses and it's great when you have a gyn appt. Normally a week before I got I would use the combo. I've run out so I am about to re- up. *
