I started the Full Body Cleanse after my husband came home surprising me with 6 bottles of what he said he heard about on the Steve Harvey radio show, I was in bed about to go to sleep, I looked at him crazy as he pulled out all these bottles.... okay so I started 3 days after receiving the order, it was startling just thinking about 6 bottles of capsules, however; I was comforted by the knowledge that the capsules were plant based! thoroughly read each formula's function. long story short I shed 10Lbs, boosted energy, encouragement, and much focus.
